The Untold Reality of Depression



Depression is the mental condition created due to constantly overthinking in a negative way. Depression is nothing but the situations which makes people to feel all alone and keep on thinking negatively. 

Due to excessive cases of depressions, it is treated as an illness now a days, which is becoming worst and dangerous day by day. If we think closely depression is developed by ourselves only. Depression is created by finding ourselves, less attractive or lack of money or breakups but it is seen that depression attacks more to whom ,who always mind the remaining society's conditions and make their own life accordingly. By repeatedly reading about health issues, diseases, depression people starts putting themselves in that condition and starts developing the same symptoms as others.

Side effects of depression can be alcohol or drug addict, loneliness, sadness, anxious but the effect that is most common is the sense of committing suicide. This thought of suicide is of 5 minutes but the results are of lifetime pain for family members. People commit suicide to get rid of depression but on the other hand makes the lifetime depression for family. Communication is the best answer to all these situations. People can avoid depression by just making a conversation and discussion with their close ones ,and can prevent from such big loses. There are more recovery cases rather than suicidal but it depands totally on our mindset and 'eager to live' attitude, which can drastically change the whole scenario of depression.

Usually people feels as weak when they got tears but its the fact that tears are the best option to get rid of weakness and depression as its every falling drop is filled with dissolved pain in water. Crying is a healing process, the more you cry the more you become stable. Also it is scientifically proven that a person who runs with his full capacity in the morning can never be the pray of depression. Its important to connect with nature's beauty as it can heal a person mentally. It is found that watching green trees , flowing water, chanting of birds and taking fresh air in early morning generates a feeling of cheerfulness and happiness which lowers the depression level and pushes the positivity in a person. Depression can easily be healed without taking any medications through nature itself. We just require a belief on ourselves and time will take care of the rest.   
 
One who fought with depression, are registered in making histories while who failed to fight are no where in the history. Its really important for us to understand that in this daily developing world, these negative thoughts and bad situations are common to come in everyone's life ,but how we take those thoughts is all that matters. 

As a society we should also check our words before delivering it to someone. These things matters alot in the current scenario. Loving endlessly and selflessly can bring a sense life in someone. 

BEFORE TAKING ANY ACTION ON THAT 5 MINUTE THOUGHT, THINK TWICE FOR YOUR PARENTS AND WHAT THEY HAVE TAUGHT.
